Our only Mission is to make lifesaving organs and tissue available to all Americans who need them. To this end, we rely solely on your generous contributions, large or small, to support the following activities:
1. Maintain the only online 24 x 365 National Organ and Tissue Donor Registry.
2. Register all Americans as organ donors.
3. Provide research funding for the scientific development of artificial organs and lifesaving bridge technology.
4. Aggressively advocate for the enactment of nationwide 1st Person Consent Legislation.
